Senior Implementation Specialist (Travel & Spend): Leading onboarding projects for SMB customers in the DACH region, ensuring efficient setup and adoption of Travel and Spend accounts with an accent on configuring policies, workflows, and ERP integrations. Location: Hybrid, Munich, Bavaria. Must be based within commuting distance of hubs.

What you will do
- Lead mid-complexity onboarding projects for SMB Travel & Spend customers primarily in the DACH region.
- Drive adoption and activation by applying change management and financial know-how.
- Configure Travel & Spend setups, including policies, standard workflows, approval flows, and Per Diems.
- Coordinate stakeholders across finance, HR, IT, and travel management.
- Support ERP integrations, such as Spend Export File, DateV, and Xero, troubleshooting as needed.
- Manage identity and HR integrations through SSO, HRIS, and SCIM.
Requirements
- German working proficiency is a must — you’ll communicate with German-speaking customers and stakeholders every day.
- 2–3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 1 year in project management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset and motivation to tackle challenges proactively, with adaptability to change.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
Nice to have
- Experience in consulting, finance or tech.
- Direct experience in customer onboarding or technical implementation.
- Experience in Spend solution implementation.
