What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data standards across all operational functions.
• Scale business processes by implementing automation and AI to improve operational speed and decision quality.
• Train stakeholders on data literacy, performance management tools, and effective use of operational systems.
• Ensure rigorous data quality, visibility, and governance across CRM and related software stacks.
• Act as a strategic partner to the COO, aligning operational workflows with Product & Tech roadmaps.
• Translate customer and operational insights into actionable improvements for Product, Marketing, and Service teams.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in data-driven and operations-driven roles, preferably at the intersection of commercial and technical teams.
• Proven ability to lead people or steer complex initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Deep understanding of CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce and experience managing integrated toolstacks.
• Expertise in building reporting systems using tools like Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Experience working in the insurance space or InsurTech, with knowledge of claims, policies, and distribution dynamics.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation while collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
