What you will do
- Lead and execute complex, multi-site R&D product development projects within agreed plan, quality, and cost constraints.
- Define resource needs and provide operational leadership to project teams.
- Manage project plans and stakeholder expectations up to the Executive Management Level.
- Analyze risks and develop mitigation scenarios to overcome technical and non-technical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and methodology.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including industrialization and collaboration with third parties.
Requirements
- University degree in a technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience leading complex product development projects in an international technical environment.
- Expert knowledge in modern project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in an intercultural, global environment.
Nice to have
- Professional experience within the semiconductor industry, including knowledge of processes and packages.
- PMI certification or similar professional accreditation.
- German language skills.
