What you will do
- Lead and manage projects related to Operational Excellence and Customer Care strategy from design to delivery.
- Partner with Customer Care support functions and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliverables.
- Represent Customer Care in major company-wide projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Propose and prioritize project roadmap based on business cases and company goals.
- Continuously improve frameworks and implement advanced methodologies to streamline operations and drive innovation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Experience in SaaS startup, Customer Care environment or Operational Excellence roles is required.
- Cross-functional mindset with experience working with product, sales, business operations, data, and finance teams.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to extract insights from data to drive decision-making.
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs.

- Project Management or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Experience in the travel industry is a valued plus.
