What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale projects with global reach across IT domains and multiple business units.
• Plan and manage project resources, schedules, and substantial budgets, ensuring timely delivery within scope and financial parameters.
• Oversee complex solutions involving SAP and Non-SAP IT applications, M&A initiatives, and Technology Operations projects.
• Coach and mentor less experienced project managers to elevate overall project management maturity across the organization.
• Manage vendor relationships effectively, including contract negotiation and performance management.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks in collaboration with project requestors and IT domains to deliver projects as efficiently as possible.

Requirements

• Higher education or equivalent degree in information management, computer science, business management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading international IT projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership or influencing roles within IT environments.
• Proven experience in IT supplier management, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
• Strong financial management capabilities with demonstrated experience managing IT project budgets.
• Excellent consulting and project management skills with familiarity in international, multi-cultural settings.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience running agile and hybrid projects (Scrum Master Certification is required).

Nice to have

• PMP or some official Project Management Certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Hands-on involvement in large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
