Solution Architect (ERP)

TL;DR

Solution Architect (ERP): Conceptualizing and designing integration approaches for expense and spend management deals, focusing on ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft. Focus on translating financial processes into integration narratives, assessing feasibility, and ensuring seamless handover to Professional Services.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona. Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs.

What you will do

• Lead ERP discovery across SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Sage, Datev, etc.
• Translate financial processes into integration narratives.
• Produce solution architecture diagrams.
• Serve as the go-to integration expert within the deal team.
• Create prototypes to confirm the feasibility of suggested implementations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve integration capabilities and documentation.

Requirements

• Hands-on ERP integration experience with at least one major system: SAP (ECC/S4) preferred, NetSuite, MS Dynamics 365 F&O, Business Central, Xero, or similar.
• Strong pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting background - SaaS or Systems Integrator (SI).
• Background in expense, AP, or financial automation is preferred.
• Ability to sketch architectures live and explain complex flows in simple language.
• Excellent customer-facing presence with finance + IT stakeholders.
• Business level spoken German and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Other languages are a great advantage.
