What you will do

• Translate business and finance requirements into solution designs for hirify.global’s spend management platform.
• Partner with Account Executives to deliver high-impact product demonstrations.
• Guide clients through the solution lifecycle, focusing on design, integration, and adoption.
• Support discussions around ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Act as a conduit between the field and the Product organization, sharing customer feedback.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Implementation for B2B SaaS solutions.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes (AP/AR), financial controls, and how finance teams operate.
• Familiarity with ERP ecosystems (SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft) and integration methods like APIs and SFTP.
• Strong presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical finance stakeholders.
• Native or bilingual fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are required.
