What you will do
- Collaborate with the sales team and agencies to understand their business objectives and develop comprehensive media plans.
- Coordinate with the Insights team to analyze market trends and audience data.
- Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance metrics.
- Act as a bridge between the Studio, Campaign Management, Insights, and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 year of experience in media advertising (agency or supply side) with strong account management experience.
- Strong understanding of media planning, digital marketing, and campaign management.
- Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies.
- Commercially savvy with a hunter mindset to grow existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
