What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end post-sale lifecycle for direct-sold and programmatic campaigns across display and video.
  • Traffic campaigns in Google Ad Manager, ensuring accurate setup of line items, targeting, and creatives.
  • Monitor pacing and performance to minimize under-delivery and maximize revenue realization.
  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients and agencies to manage assets and expectations.
  • Deliver data-driven reporting and strategic insights to inform pricing and product development.
  • Develop and refine scalable operational processes to improve turnaround times and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, specifically in publisher-side ad operations or campaign management.
  • Deep working knowledge of Google Ad Manager, third-party ad servers, and trafficking workflows.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad formats, programmatic (PG, PMP), and performance KPIs.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and pixel implementation for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with rich media and VAST creative types.
  • Must be based in the US (implied by benefits and company structure).
