Compensation: $26.58 per hour ($55,290 annualized)

What you will do

• Analyze and document operational and revenue cycle workflows to support daily system functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform configuration, administration, and troubleshooting for business applications.
• Identify process gaps and data issues, recommending system efficiency improvements.
• Develop and validate financial and operational reports using SQL.
• Support business intelligence initiatives including dashboards and KPI tracking.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Mobile, Alabama
• Strong attention to detail with foundational knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle concepts.
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and functional documentation.
• Basic familiarity with SQL, databases, and general networking concepts.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within regulated environments.
• Ability to participate in on-call and after-hours support during peak periods.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Health Informatics.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a professional or technical setting.
• Prior familiarity with Altera software solutions.
