What you will do

• Analyze and document workflows for business, operational, and financial revenue cycles to support daily operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable functional requirements and user stories.
• Configure and administer business applications, providing issue triage and root-cause analysis.
• Develop, run, and validate operational and financial reports and KPIs using SQL.
• Support business intelligence efforts by assisting with dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.
• Identify process gaps and system inefficiencies to recommend improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Informatics, or a related field (Preferred).
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Foundational understanding of healthcare revenue cycle concepts (billing, claims, payments, denials).
• Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft technologies for reporting and data analysis.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Mobile, Alabama.
