hirify.global is a prime dealer for digital assets that aggregates liquidity from global exchanges and OTC desks into a single, high-performance platform.

What you will do

  • Lead the technical sales cycle by delivering customized platform demonstrations and designing tailored solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Manage end-to-end technical implementation and onboarding, including POCs and integration troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, API guides, and sample tools for clients.
  • Coordinate with compliance, security, and legal teams to manage RFPs and technical due diligence processes.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal Product/Engineering teams to drive feature adoption and provide actionable roadmap insights.
  • Conduct formal business reviews and monitor client health metrics to optimize platform usage.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or technical customer success within fintech, trading, or crypto.
  • Proficiency in explaining and integrating complex technical platforms using APIs (REST, FIX, WebSocket).
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills with basic to intermediate proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Go, or Java.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering technical presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent project priorities and meet established SLAs.
  • Must be located in North America or LATAM.
