Location: Hybrid in Barcelona. Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's Barcelona hub.

What you will do

• Help travelers find and book trips by working on systems that search across airlines, hotels, and car rentals.
• Take the pain out of expenses and invoicing by building tools that automatically generate invoices and process expense reports.
• Make payments seamless and reliable by working on systems that handle company travel payments across different currencies and methods.
• Connect hirify.global to existing company tools by building integrations with accounting systems, expense platforms, and HR tools.
• Build smart AI-powered features that make the platform more intelligent over time.
• Strengthen the platform under the hood by contributing to core systems that power everything.

Requirements

• Product Mindset: Ships features iteratively with a focus on measurable user impact and rapid feedback loops.
• CS Fundamentals: Applies solid CS fundamentals to build performant and scalable logic.
• Quality & Testing: Ensures code quality through unit/integration testing and code reviews.
• Frontend: Builds responsive, accessible interfaces using semantic HTML, CSS, and modern React patterns.
• Backend & Integrations: Constructs robust APIs and 3rd-party integrations, ensuring resilience through proper error handling.
• Observability: Utilizes logs, metrics, and traces to monitor feature health and troubleshoot production issues.
