Solutions Engineer

What you will do

• Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product functionality to prospects and customers.
• Guide clients through the successful implementation of the platform.
• Partner with sales and account management teams to address customer technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to improve resolution times and product features.
• Participate in the design and optimization of internal consulting processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows (registry, services) and working knowledge of Linux/Mac.
• Must be able to work a fixed schedule (8 am – 5 pm) with rotating on-call shifts.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
