What you will do

• Integrate the platform with hospital systems including EHR, EMR, ADT, nurse call, and staffing platforms.
• Validate integrations using APIs, HL7, and FHIR data exchange standards.
• Partner with Deployment Project Managers to support integration planning, testing, and stabilization.
• Act as a technical bridge between hospital IT staff, clinical stakeholders, and internal engineering teams.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues in production environments to minimize deployment risks.
• Document integration patterns and provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve deployment repeatability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Professional experience with hospital IT systems or clinical environments.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare data exchange standards like HL7, FHIR, or similar APIs.
• Strong understanding of clinical and operational hospital workflows.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with both technical IT staff and clinical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to customer sites when required.

Nice to have

• Background in biomedical engineering, health informatics, or healthcare IT.
• Experience with RTLS, IoT, or healthcare operations technology.
• Prior experience in deployment, implementation, or solutions engineering roles.
