TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AdTech): Managing client relationships and driving account growth within the US performance strategy team with an accent on campaign optimization and conversion-oriented content marketing. Focus on onboarding new marketers, analyzing performance data, and scaling client accounts to meet business KPIs.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 annually (on target earnings).

What you will do

  • Onboard and enable marketers across direct response and small/medium enterprise segments.
  • Plan campaign launches and provide proactive optimization recommendations to meet client goals.
  • Define and implement best practices to maximize account performance and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and identify trends in performance data to drive strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with clients to assist in building native advertising strategies.
  • Transition high-potential accounts to the Strategic Account team once investment thresholds are met.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in planning or managing digital media with a focus on mid-to-lower funnel activity.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in monitoring performance trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive and execute effectively in a fast-paced technological environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
