Salary: $92,000 – $116,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Develop and execute customized Program Management Plans to align with client safety objectives.
• Configure and design platform solutions to meet unique fleet needs during the deployment phase.
• Present data analytics and performance metrics to executive-level client stakeholders.
• Consult on change management, risk management, and coaching strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate churn and manage expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in account management within a SaaS or commercial product environment.
• Strong aptitude for numbers and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to present performance metrics to executive-level audiences.
• Experience managing complex projects and working with organizational decision-makers.
• Must be able to travel 10–15% of the time.

• Experience in the trucking or fleet management industry.
• Background in managed services.
