Salary: $69,500 – $88,500

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client safety and operational teams regarding program topics.
- Manage the full client lifecycle including hardware upgrades, software integrations, and data management.
- Deliver training, best practice presentations, and value recognition plans to key client stakeholders.
- Analyze and present program performance and financial metrics to executive clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption, expansion opportunities, and renewal efforts.
- Mitigate churn by acting as a subject matter expert on organizational change and risk management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management within a commercial product or SaaS environment.
- Strong technical proficiency with the ability to quickly learn complex systems and collaborate with technical teams.
- Proven capability in communicating performance metrics to executive-level contacts.
- Expert skills in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis abilities.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
