What you will do

• Lead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions.
• Build and implement Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding (RAG), and custom agent actions.
• Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions (ingestion, modeling, activation).
• Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows.
• Own delivery across the SDLC: design, build, test, deploy, and production support.
• Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security, and performance standards.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce core platform.
• Proven experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases.
• Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments.
• Experience as a Tech Lead: design ownership, code reviews, and team guidance.
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery models.
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
• JavaScript Developer I.
• Integration experience (REST APIs, MuleSoft).
