Salary: €81,120–€145,860 per year for a full-time schedule in Italy; compensation is adjusted appropriately for part-time roles.

What you will do

• Identify and define AI-driven opportunities aligned with business strategy across multiple industries.
• Translate complex business needs into AI-enabled solutions, use cases, and adoption roadmaps.
• Analyze AI trends, market developments, competitive dynamics, and industry changes to produce actionable insights.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams while facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Support the design and execution of AI-driven transformation initiatives.
• Track delivery and ensure measurable business outcomes through AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus, including digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics, and their business applications.
• Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends and market developments and translate them into practical business insights.
• Cross-industry business awareness and the ability to identify AI-based value creation opportunities.
• Experience bridging business and technical teams.
• Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, including workshop facilitation.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and data tools and languages, including Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving ability, curiosity, and a continuous learning attitude toward AI and digital transformation.
• Experience with data analysis and data strategy, including data governance, data quality, and ethical AI considerations.
