TL;DR
Senior Consultant TMS (Supply Chain Technology): Implementing transportation management and supply chain software solutions for clients with an accent on solution design, software deployment, and customer-facing delivery. Focus on troubleshooting SQL and integration issues, configuring and testing interfaces, and guiding training and implementation activities with up to 50% travel.

What you will do

  • Act as the senior technical point of contact during implementations of multiple supply chain software solutions.
  • Design client-specific enhancements and proactively troubleshoot implementation issues.
  • Maintain and prioritize project issue lists.
  • Work with customers to test and implement interfaces between hirify.global products and external systems.
  • Collaborate with customer project teams during configuration, testing, training, and implementation, with up to 50% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of client- or customer-facing experience in a supply chain or software organization, specifically in TMS.
  • At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting databases with SQL and 3 years of experience deploying software.
  • Experience with TLM (Transportation Lifecycle Management) and EEM (Extended Enterprise Management).
  • At least 3 years of consulting experience in the transportation field.
  • Italian is required.
