What you will do

• Develop and execute a strategic communications plan including editorial calendars and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create SEO-optimized digital content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
• Translate complex scientific research into accessible messaging for diverse audiences, including Gen Z and Spanish speakers.
• Lead website redesign and content optimization on WordPress or Drupal platforms.
• Analyze marketing KPIs and social media metrics to drive data-informed communication strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations.
• 5+ years of experience in communications management or nonprofit digital marketing.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required with proven experience in developing multilingual content.
• Strong technical proficiency in SEO, content strategy, social media, and CMS (WordPress/Drupal).
• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed for events, conferences, and partner engagement.
