• Partner with business and change leaders to align communications with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Create high-quality content across various mediums including email, intranet, presentations, and video.

• Maintain brand, tone, accessibility, and documentation standards across all corporate communications.
• Track KPIs and refine communication strategies based on data and insights.
• Utilize AI tools for efficiency and personalization in communication workflows.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Content, PR, or Branding.
• Must be based in or able to work in Springfield, Massachusetts (Hybrid setup).
• Experience drafting change management communications.
• Ability to use metrics and data to influence business decisions.
• Superior written, verbal, and organizational skills.
