TL;DR

Salary: $158k – $190k + Equity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly US communications strategies aligned with business OKRs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the US Country Manager and Head of Marketing on narrative and reputation risk.
  • Manage corporate and consumer narratives, including funding, market expansion, and product launches.
  • Build and nurture an ambassador community of influential voices to drive organic advocacy.
  • Lead US crisis communications and serve as the primary media-facing spokesperson for the brand.
  • Collaborate with sustainability and brand partnership teams to amplify values-led stories.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience leading integrated communication programs for US audiences.
  • Proven track record across corporate, consumer, and influencer disciplines.
  • Experience managing PR agencies and external partners to high performance standards.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for pitches, press releases, and executive talking points.
  • Established active relationships with reporters and editors in tech, business, and sustainability.
  • Must be based in New York (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments where adaptability is essential.
  • Curiosity or expertise in sustainability and circular economy principles.
