What you will do
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly US communications strategies aligned with business OKRs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the US Country Manager and Head of Marketing on narrative and reputation risk.
- Manage corporate and consumer narratives, including funding, market expansion, and product launches.
- Build and nurture an ambassador community of influential voices to drive organic advocacy.
- Lead US crisis communications and serve as the primary media-facing spokesperson for the brand.
- Collaborate with sustainability and brand partnership teams to amplify values-led stories.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience leading integrated communication programs for US audiences.
- Proven track record across corporate, consumer, and influencer disciplines.
- Experience managing PR agencies and external partners to high performance standards.
- Strong writing and editing skills for pitches, press releases, and executive talking points.
- Established active relationships with reporters and editors in tech, business, and sustainability.
- Must be based in New York (Hybrid).

- Experience in startup or scale-up environments where adaptability is essential.
- Curiosity or expertise in sustainability and circular economy principles.
