Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary writer for Impact at Scale collateral, including proposals, reports, pitch decks, one-pagers and brochures for Foundations and Trust, Corporate and HNWI donors and prospective donors.
• Develop comprehensive, accurate, and emotionally resonant donor reports that demonstrate the outcomes, evidence, and impact driven by IRC programs across regions and technical areas.
• Lead end‑to-end Impact at Scale proposal and report development processes: Curate content and gather inputs from colleagues across the IRC.
• Collaborate with Program, Finance, Strategy, Design & UX, and Communications teams to shape custom Impact at Scale communications and ensure alignment around priorities, messaging, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional writing, fundraising communications, grant writing, or similar fields.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing persuasive storytelling and strong narrative structure.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian or international development contexts preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
