What you will do

• Develop and execute PR and communications strategies, including media outreach, press releases, and contributed content.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology and IT trade media, journalists, and influencers.
• Draft high-quality content such as executive bylines, spokesperson talking points, and media pitches.
• Manage award programs and support analyst relations through briefings and materials development.
• Collaborate with PMM and brand teams to position executives as industry thought leaders.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze trends and scale content generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or Marketing.
• 4+ years of B2B technology PR or communications experience.
• Proven track record of earned media placements in tech and business press.
• Experience coordinating analyst relations programs.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Willingness and comfort using AI tools for efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in cloud, SaaS, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft technology ecosystem and MSP audience.
