What you will do

• Design and implement extensible full-stack features with a primary focus on front-end architecture.
• Build high-quality reusable UI components and systems using React.
• Establish engineering standards for performance, accessibility, and UI/UX patterns.
• Drive improvements in automation, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate and implement AI technologies to increase team effectiveness.
• Mentor engineers and lead technical design reviews for cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
• Extensive experience in full-stack development with a deep specialization in front-end frameworks like React.
• Strong understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript, and UI state management.
• Proven ability to design and maintain complex automated testing suites (Jest, Cypress).
• Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience authoring technical designs for multi-team projects.
