What you will do

• Prepare accurate Loan Estimates and deliver required disclosures in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Process loan dispositions according to established compliance policies and procedures.
• Order and manage third-party services, including appraisals, title work, and verifications.
• Coordinate the transfer of loans from Sales to Processing to ensure a positive borrower experience.
• Provide administrative support to Lending Management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of mortgage originations experience.
• Must be based in the US (implied by 401k and state footprint).
• Strong communication and professional writing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mortgage compliance.
• Experience with industry technology such as DU, LP, LOS systems, or CRM.
• Experience in customer-facing roles within the mortgage industry.
