• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to resolve critical network incidents.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and operating distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS/mTLS, BGP, and SDN.
• Strong proficiency in modern cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to work from North America.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong preference for automation over manual intervention.
