Location: Must be based in the US (New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Miami, or Dallas). This role is hybrid in-office 3 days a week.
Compensation: $260,000–$300,000 OTC.

What you will do
- Act as the primary specialist for Adaptive Human Defence, supporting field sales teams with opportunity strategy and positioning.
- Participate directly in priority prospect engagements and executive-level workshops to accelerate complex deal cycles.
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales enablement programs, including playbooks, pitch materials, and competitive guidance.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to define and execute global go-to-market strategies.
- Serve as a critical feedback loop, relaying field insights to R&D and Product teams to inform future roadmap decisions.
- Track and report on performance indicators regarding pipeline growth, bookings, and product adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales, specialist, or revenue acceleration role within cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of supporting high-value enterprise-level deals.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts as clear business value to both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Must be available for 3 days a week in-office in designated US locations.
