Location: Must be based in San Francisco, CA

Salary: $239,000 – $265,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Define and build the Sales Programs function from the ground up within the GTM strategy organization.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to identify and prioritize growth opportunities across pipeline and deal progression.
  • Translate ambiguous strategic priorities into structured, repeatable, and executable initiatives.
  • Design systems and feedback loops to measure and improve seller effectiveness and win rates.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across multiple departments to ensure program success.
  • Evolve the GTM operating system through data-driven insights and field feedback.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, sales programs, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive strategy and execution.
  • Proven track record of scaling cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of complex GTM motions and sales team workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Clear and structured communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS, AI, or platform companies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise and product-led GTM models.
  • Hands-on experience building new functions or operating models from scratch.
  • Comfort working with CRM data and GTM systems.
