Compensation: $96,000–$160,000 (Canada) / $112,000–$186,000 (US)

What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle for complex, cross-functional strategic programs and initiatives.
• Translate executive strategy into actionable plans, roadmaps, and detailed project documentation.
• Manage project resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively.
• Build and motivate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and strategic objectives.
• Communicate status reports, proposals, and requirements to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and provide team training where necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 5+ years of experience in product or service delivery from concept to launch.
• Proven ability to influence and lead across multiple business and technology organizations.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with C-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience applying Generative or Agentic AI to project management processes.
• Prior experience in the cybersecurity space.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience with OKR management tools.
