What you will do

• Design, build, and own the global Direct Cash Flow model from scratch.
• Manage the end-to-end forecasting lifecycle for fiat, Crypto, and Stablecoins across 12+ international entities.
• Deliver high-visibility variance analysis and strategic insights regarding liquidity runway and capital efficiency to leadership.
• Establish standardized methodologies and governance for global cash flow reporting.
• Automate financial modeling and data aggregation processes using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Act as the central node for liquidity intelligence, aligning Finance, Accounting, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in Treasury with a focus on cash flow management and financial planning.
• Proven expertise in managing Crypto assets, Stablecoins, institutional custody, and blockchain settlement.
• Experience with Global Cash Pooling and high-end TMS or ERP systems.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Advanced skills in SQL and Python for treasury automation.
• Experience building real-time dashboards for financial tracking.
