What you will do

  • Own the roadmap for consumer MDM rollout, including sequencing and adoption across business units.
  • Define product scope for MDM as both a system of record and an operational layer for edge systems.
  • Lead delivery of source system integrations including requirements, mapping, testing, and cutover.
  • Develop MDM concepts such as identity resolution, matching rules, and survivorship strategies.
  • Maintain data quality by defining monitoring metrics for match rates, duplicates, and latency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional communication with engineering, marketing, and privacy teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager with hands-on experience in data platforms or MDM programs.
  • Proven ability to build and tune identity resolution and duplicate detection workflows.
  • Experience managing integrations with edge systems via APIs, events, and batch feeds.
  • Strong communication skills for documenting requirements and leading cross-team delivery.
  • Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and privacy expectations.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience with Google Cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with CDP/CRM and marketing activation ecosystems.
