TL;DR
Digital Product Manager (SaaS/Telecom): Leading the development and evolution of the FLOW digital platform to unify connectivity services and automate the customer lifecycle with an accent on product strategy, API-driven architecture, and end-to-end digital customer journeys. Focus on building a scalable digital backbone, integrating internal and external systems, and introducing AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency.

What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the FLOW digital platform.
- Define and drive the end-to-end digital customer journey, including onboarding, quoting, ordering, and service management.
- Lead the design and development of a unified platform integrating customer portals, digital workflows, and APIs.
- Manage third-party vendor tools and determine build-vs-buy decisions for the digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Application Development and Business Analyst teams to translate business needs into technical execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing automation, AI-driven insights, and consumer-grade UX.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Platforms, or SaaS products.
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital platforms or portals.
- Strong understanding of API-driven architecture and system integrations.
- Expertise in requirements gathering and writing detailed PRDs with comprehensive acceptance criteria and user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Background in telecommunications, connectivity, or enterprise technology.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled digital products or automation platforms.
- Experience taking a product from 0→1.
- Experience with JIRA for user story management.
