TL;DR

Digital Product Manager (SaaS/Telecom): Leading the development and evolution of the FLOW digital platform to unify connectivity services and automate the customer lifecycle with an accent on product strategy, API-driven architecture, and end-to-end digital customer journeys. Focus on building a scalable digital backbone, integrating internal and external systems, and introducing AI-driven automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Location: Hybrid in Singapore

What you will do

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the FLOW digital platform.
  • Define and drive the end-to-end digital customer journey, including onboarding, quoting, ordering, and service management.
  • Lead the design and development of a unified platform integrating customer portals, digital workflows, and APIs.
  • Manage third-party vendor tools and determine build-vs-buy decisions for the digital ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Application Development and Business Analyst teams to translate business needs into technical execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing automation, AI-driven insights, and consumer-grade UX.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Platforms, or SaaS products.
  • Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital platforms or portals.
  • Strong understanding of API-driven architecture and system integrations.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering and writing detailed PRDs with comprehensive acceptance criteria and user stories.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Background in telecommunications, connectivity, or enterprise technology.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled digital products or automation platforms.
  • Experience taking a product from 0→1.
  • Experience with JIRA for user story management.
