What you will do
- Collaborate with content teams to support roadmap development and business initiatives through data and reporting.
- Analyze and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets regarding content usage.
- Translate analytical findings into clear summaries and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage ongoing reports and address ad-hoc data requests.
- Monitor content performance metrics to inform business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to automate team processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, BI tools, and Excel.
- Experience with SQL for ETL, data mining, and modeling is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in building advanced dashboards in Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to organize and disseminate information with high attention to detail.
