What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable architectural solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners and delivery managers to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and integration guides.
• Analyze and improve existing systems for security, performance, and scalability.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance development efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as .NET, Java, or Python.
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven design, and API-first approaches.
• Practical experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong communication skills in English for daily interaction with international teams.
