Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 base + equity

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Siemens Teamcenter environments across development and production, including installation and patching.
• Collaborate with structures and mechanical engineers to translate workflow needs into PLM configurations.
• Manage user accounts, roles, access controls, and licensing.
• Configure item types, change management processes, BOM structures, and classification hierarchies.
• Support CAD integrations, specifically with NX and other authoring tools.
• Develop administration documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter administration experience in hardware-intensive environments.
• Deep understanding of PLM concepts, BOM management, and CAD data vaulting.
• Proficiency with Teamcenter server administration on Windows and/or Linux.
• Experience supporting aerospace or mechanical engineering teams.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorizations.

Nice to have

• Exposure to MBSE or MBD workflows.
• Familiarity with Active Workspace configuration and customization.
• Scripting experience in Python or Tcl for PLM automation.
• Experience building a digital thread in a manufacturing environment.
