What you will do

• Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from idea viability through general availability.
• Manage program portfolios, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones across the full product lifecycle.
• Design and execute launch strategies in partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Provide regular executive reporting and visibility into portfolio health and performance metrics.
• Develop and refine delivery governance frameworks and playbooks to improve scalability.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in go-to-market, commercialization, and product delivery.
• Industry experience in Fintech, Payments, or POS systems.
• Proven track record leading complex initiatives in an agile environment.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and product operating models.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or advanced professional certification.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud-based products, or large-scale launches.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and portfolio management tools.
