What you will do

• Analyze and interpret daily manufacturing performance data to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with area supervisors and team leads to achieve labor, material, and variable cost performance goals.
• Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes for cable and wire production.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, maintenance, process) to resolve technical issues through root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
