What you will do

• Set and execute a forward-looking marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals and B2C growth.

• Oversee strategic communications, including internal/external messaging, media relations, and crisis management.
• Foster creativity across digital, print, and experiential channels to deliver differentiated brand messaging.

• Manage central marketing budgets while ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing and communications.
• At least 5 years of senior-level experience in financial services or similarly complex industries.
• Proven success in managing large, multifunctional teams and substantial marketing budgets.
• Demonstrated expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, customer segmentation, and performance analytics.
• Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and apply emotional intelligence with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred).
