What you will do

• Develop and execute short-form video strategies for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create original scientific and community-focused videos for Broad social media channels.
• Collaborate with scientists, science writers, video producers, and graphics specialists.
• Monitor social media feeds to ensure brand consistency and plan efforts around stories and events.
• Provide metrics and analytics to measure audience engagement.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in film, visual media, communications, or marketing.
• Experience creating short-form videos, specifically Instagram Reels.
• Proficiency with video editing software or apps.
• Must reside in New England with the ability to commute to Cambridge, MA.
• Availability to work 15 hours per week, including onsite presence on Wednesdays and/or Thursdays.
• No visa sponsorship available for this position.
