What you will do

• Shoot and edit social-first content, primarily using iPhone, for TikTok and Instagram.
• Concept and execute original creative ideas from spark to post.
• Monitor US trends and pop culture to produce reactive, same-day content.
• Collaborate with the Social Lead to develop entertainment-led series and brand acts.
• Deliver a mix of lo-fi reactive content and polished, cinematic edits.
• Assist with light graphic or meme creation as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with a strong preference for Los Angeles.
• Proven experience as a social-first creator comfortable with both iPhone and professional cameras.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram hooks, trends, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work at speed with reactive, same-day production workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience in a corporate or agency environment handling structure and process.
