What you will do

• Manage and implement the corporate AI security strategy.
• Design and implement IAM controls, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and Zero Trust Network Access.
• Lead endpoint security strategy encompassing MDM, EDR, DLP, and device hardening.
• Partner with IT and Engineering teams to secure internal systems and SaaS applications.
• Support compliance efforts for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Build security automation and orchestration tooling to ensure best practices and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience as a security engineer or IT systems engineer focused on security.
• Deep understanding of security weaknesses, exploits, attacks, and mitigations.
• Proficiency in Python for security and compliance automation.
• Experience working in high-growth startup environments.
• Must be based in the US or eligible for visa sponsorship.
