What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of IT professionals, overseeing day-to-day activities and prioritizing work.
• Serve as the primary IT liaison for Integrated Logistics Operations (ILO) and Trade Operations business partners.
• Own and manage the full project and enhancement portfolios supporting logistics and trade applications.
• Collaborate with global teams and third-party vendors to deliver on project commitments and system maintenance.
• Develop, manage, and track budgets for logistics and trade application portfolios.
• Drive application lifecycle management to ensure systems remain current and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Morton, IL; no relocation available.
• Work Schedule: 100% on-site, 1st shift, Monday – Friday.
• Knowledge of IT trends, business acumen, and leadership practices.
• Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Vendor/Supplier Management.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification.
• Prior experience within the Logistics domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior supervisory and/or managerial experience.
