What you will do

  • Set end-to-end technical direction, including platform vision, architectural patterns, and infrastructure strategy.
  • Design and evolve cloud-native, API-first distributed systems emphasizing scalability, performance, and observability.
  • Integrate AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot into engineering workflows.
  • Implement AI-driven automation for test generation, code refactoring, and codebase exploration.
  • Develop conversational AI platforms, messaging pipelines, and ML-adjacent integrations.
  • Provide mentorship and conduct thorough architecture reviews to elevate engineering standards across teams.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 15+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience designing or architecting large-scale systems.
  • Expertise in C# and familiarity with Go, Java, or similar languages.
  • Strong proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful API-first architectures.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and relational/non-relational databases.

  • MS in Computer Science.
  • Experience with Azure (CosmosDB, Service Bus, App Services) or AWS.
  • Proficiency with Angular or modern web frameworks.
  • Experience in telecommunications, real-time systems, or enterprise cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts and AI/ML platform integration.
