What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, and Recruiting.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Manage and execute bi-annual Workday releases, performing impact analysis and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations with third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Workday issues, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
• Train HR users and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration across multiple modules.
• Proven experience in Workday implementation and support within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and their translation into system functionality.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics, including custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday integrations such as EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Workday certification.
