Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead incentive calculations for assigned plans and reconcile them against terms and conditions.
• Oversee plan documentation, including Quick Reference Guides and templates for the Director of Global Comp.
• Support the administration of equity plans (stock options, RSUs, PSUs, ESPPs), including processing grants and terminations.
• Maintain data integrity within internal systems like Workday and Computershare.
• Ensure compliance with US and international securities laws, tax regulations (IRS, SEC), and SOX 404.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of compensation incentive experience, including 1-3+ years in stock plan administration for a publicly traded US company.
• Experience supporting equity programs for a global employee base.
• Proficiency in Workday and equity platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• Must be able to obtain gaming licenses and pass background investigations.

Nice to have

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
• Experience with AUS-based Computershare/EquatePlus.
