What you will do

• Design and improve fraud detection systems to prioritize high-risk claims and optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with fraud analysts, engineers, and product managers to refine detection logic.
• Analyze emerging fraud patterns across the insurance lifecycle to develop prevention strategies.
• Identify suspicious networks of related claims and anomalous behavioral patterns.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in analytical fraud detection within Insurance, Finance, or Law Enforcement domains.
• Applied knowledge of network analysis, anomaly detection, or risk scoring.
• Strong Python programming skills and proficiency with Git.
• Experience with Spark, SQL, and standard data libraries (Pandas, Sklearn, Keras, XGBoost, LightGBM).

Nice to have

• Experience specifically within the motor insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune) and GNNs.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau.
• Knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish languages.
