Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, delivery, and evaluation of client, partner, and internal events such as gala dinners and roundtables.
• Manage full event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, budgets, timelines, and on-site delivery.
• Develop commercially driven event strategies to support client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align marketing and event activities with wider business objectives.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, content, and client communications.
• Measure and report on ROI and the commercial impact of all marketing and event initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-focused marketing role with significant responsibility for event delivery.
• Background in financial or professional services is strongly preferred.
• Strong expertise in managing full event logistics from concept to delivery.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to use events as relationship-building and growth channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or within commuting distance of Winchester, Exeter, Cheltenham, or Bournemouth.
